1. Agreement

By accessing or using hushegarden.com ("the Site") and purchasing products from Hushé ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors at our discretion. Colors may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to monitor calibration.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of order via Shopify Payments and other supported methods. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of the order, including taxes and shipping.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
