Shipping & Delivery

All Hushé Hydroponic Tower orders ship from our US partner warehouse located in California.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Standard US shipping: 5–11 business days — FREE
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 10–15 business days
  • Pre-order items: Estimated 7–14 business days from order date

Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on your address. All packages include tracking. The Hushé tower ships in a single secure box (approx. 25 lbs).

International Shipping

Currently we ship within the United States, Canada, and select EU countries. International shipping rates calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at our support page. We'll send a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Order Tracking

Track your package using the link sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.
