Every Hushé order ships with free standard shipping and full tracking. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Standard U.S. shipping — FREE: 3–7 days from dispatch.
• Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 12–20 business days.

Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, which keeps prices low so we can pass the savings on to you. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary slightly with carrier volume and your location.

Order Tracking

Every package includes tracking. Track yours using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we'll sort it out.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United States. Any applicable duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 7 days at our support page — we'll send a replacement or a full refund. No hassle.
