90-Day Risk-Free Returns
If Hushé doesn't make growing food at home stupidly simple, send it back. We'll refund every penny — including return shipping. We mean it.
Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your Hushé Hydroponic Tower for a full refund.
How to Return
- Email us at our support page within 90 days of delivery
- We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the tower back in the original box (or any sturdy box)
- Drop off at any FedEx/UPS location
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
What's Eligible for Return
- ✓ Hushé Hydroponic Tower (any condition — used or unused)
- ✓ Accessories and pumps
- ✓ Unused seed pods (sealed)
- ✗ Opened/used seed pods (consumable)
- ✗ Items damaged from misuse or modification
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Hushé arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll ship a free replacement within 48 hours — no return required for damaged items in most cases.
Refund Timeline
Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Warranty
Hushé comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The pump is warrantied for 6 months. Warranty claims handled separately from returns.
