Shipping & Delivery

Every Hushé order ships with free standard shipping and tracking to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

In practice, most continental U.S. orders arrive 4–10 days after you place them (processing plus transit). Across our recent orders the typical door-to-door time has been about 5 days. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier volume and your location. If your order is running late, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships — normally within 1–2 business days of ordering. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days, please contact us and we will send it manually.

Where Orders Ship From

Hushé products ship from our U.S. fulfillment partners' warehouses. Keeping fulfillment lean is how we keep the price where it is.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but the package is not with you, please check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier first. If it is still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it — and if it cannot be recovered, we will replace or refund your order.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot reroute it.
