Shipping Destinations

Hushé currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Total delivery window (processing + transit) is typically 7–14 business days from order placement.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact xfansworld@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at xfansworld@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change the address, email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it.

Customs & Duties

We do not currently ship outside the United States. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
